Hot switching between accounts (different businesses under the same roof)

Using square Appointments for our scheduling and I'm wondering if it's possible to hot switch between accounts in the app without having to logout and log back in?

I work at a salon where we all use square appointments under different emails. Salon booth rental. Is there a way to combine, allowing all stylists to log in one device to combine all users and see everyone’s appointments on the same screen. Or a way to log in and out quickly
