Gift Registry on POS

It would be great to create a gift registry in the POS with square. That would be a game changer for retail stores. I would like to add a page next to my “favorites” called "Gift Registry" then able to add tiles with customer’s names so I can add their gift registry to their tile. It would be nice to arrange the tiles by alphabetical order so you can easily find a name.

When someone walks into my store they can ask for someones gift registry - I can tap on the tile and their gift registry pulls up and they can shop for that person. It would be great for Father's Day, Birthdays, Weddings, Christmas etc...

We would love to see a feature within Square Online (integrated with Square POS) that hosts a wishlist or gift registry template page where customers can shop from the online store and create a list of items that other customers can access and purchase from. This registry could be maintained by the owner (if that is more manageable), but ideally the customer initiating the registry could edit and manage it directly. Thank you!

Our company would definitely use the Gift Registry feature. We have had requests fora wedding registry.

Why would I need to have a use case on why it would be a good idea to have a gift registry. It's literally a feature on almost all website platforms except square. I would need it so that people can chose what they want and other people can purchase it for them as a gift. "Gift Registry"

A customer wishlist is highly desirable for my customers and teachers that we work closely with. Teachers are forced to use amazon wish lists when they prefer to use us, their local bookstore. PLEASE work on this feature. It looks like it has been requested multiple times over the last 6 years or so.

Seconding this idea. I have customers who want to set up wishlists for their family and friends to buy from. 
I have seen numerous comments about this spanning years…. Square please listen to your customers needs- you will make money from our increased sales!

I’ll third that idea. A wishlist would be great for our clothing line. Mom’s could make a list for their kids clothing, then pass it along to the grandparents. 🙂
