For Massage Therapist or Anyone that needs to do SOAP Notes

It would be wonderful if we could add SOAP Notes for those that are required to do by laws right all in one area. This will allow those that use Square for appointments and payments not to have the need to have another platform and have to go back and forth. At this moment I don’t use appointments in square due to having to have to pay for a platform that allows me to do soap notes and intake forms all online.

I'm a Massage Therapist.

I'm self-employed and I've used Square's "Contracts/Forms" to design a "Health Form / In-take form"

I currently have a monthly subscription to Microsoft Business Suite because almost 20 yrs ago now I designed a database that does everything Massagebook and other popular "industry software" does.

I never wanted to "reinvent the wheel" so to speak, so I've just been continuously "tweaking" my own database to handle new tasks, etc.

That said, I understand not everyone wants to get into the "weeds" as thoroughly, when it comes to designing and databases, etc. So tools like Massagebook, and possibly enabling some sort of function/application, via Square, would indeed be beneficial for Square users in the Massage and other Health/Alternative Health Industry Service Providers.

The logical starting point would be enabling more ways to insert "fields" into the Square Forms "Contracts", and having the option to "turn-off" / or toggle between "contract" and "form", and of course, associating that "Soap Note / Session In-take" data collection with the customer / client profile.

This is the one reason that is holding me back from signing on, lack of SOAP notes and using forms I need. I would

love just to have everything in one place.
