Feature Request: Option to Delete Shipping Carriers

Hi, I started my business with one shipping provider but i no longer use them. I have added the new carrier but its coming up second and i have to drop down and select it every time i ship. Is there a way to delete the first carriers name from the drop down list and just have the one so i don't have to keep selecting the right one as i have accidentally hit the wrong one before and  then i look unprofessional. Thanks

Great question! I've gone ahead and taken a look at my own account to see whether the option to delete a previously entered shipping carrier is possible.

I'm sorry to say there isn't an option to remove previously entered carriers from your fulfilment settings or from the 'Mark as Shipped' window itself. 

However, I imagine this would have come up for other Sellers before who have entered multiple carriers, so I've reached out to our Square Online team to ask if this information can be removed from the backend of the site. I expect to receive an update here within 2-3 business days.


In the meantime, you will need to ensure you have manually selected the relevant carrier for your shipped orders.

They have confirmed that at this time there is no way to delete shipping carries that have been previously entered. If you are looking to amend or replace a carrier, you would need to add another carrier.

I've gone ahead and moved this post to our Feature Request board for Square Online. This way, our Product Team will be able to track the feedback we receive for this feature request.
