Iโd love to see a private, internal-only Client Reliability Score built into Square.
This score would be visible only to the seller and based on:
โข No-shows
โข Late cancellations
โข Chronic lateness
โข Rescheduled appointments
Important: This score would not be visible to clients.
Why this matters:
Service providers currently rely on memory, notes, or spreadsheets to track problematic booking behavior. A simple internal indicator would:
โข Help assess booking risk quickly
โข Inform deposit or card-on-file requirements
โข Protect income and schedule integrity
Even a basic system (Low / Medium / High Risk) would be incredibly valuable and would reduce emotional decision-making.
