Feature Request: Edit Items on Completed Transactions

It would be extremely helpful if administrators had the ability to edit items on past orders—particularly in situations where a product hasn’t yet been added to the inventory or product database at the time of sale. This would also address cases where a salesperson, unable to locate the correct item at the point of sale, uses a placeholder instead of the actual product. Enabling post-sale item edits would ensure more accurate inventory tracking and reporting.
