Feature Request: Disable International Credit Cards & Report for Internation Cards in Transactions

Due to new extra 1.5% international transaction fees we would like to have option to disable acceptance of international credit cards. At same time it would make sense to have option to see individual international transactions. Not just summaries in Payment Methods.

Agreed -- we should be able to disable acceptance of international cards or be informed before accepting an international payment. 

I can appreciate that there may be additional fees for international transactions, but when I have used a credit card during international travel my bank has charged me extra to process the charge.
