Feature Request: Can square marketing emails be personalized per client?

For example, can I put a code in the email to automatically input each client name into their personal email they receive from me? 

ie. Dear {client name},

This also includes any data stored on the client’s profile like birthdays, address, etc.

Square seller here…I found this thread searching for the best way to tag a users name when sending them an email. It’s a much more personable and effective way to connect with my clients.  2024 I see this still has not become a priority for your customers, Square.

If they did allow this one feature, it would seriously disrupt all other marketing companies. I think they keep it super basic intentionally so as to keep a competitive market.

I am still waiting for this feature, is it here yet? Feels like a deal breaker if we cant personalise our emails

My business cannot operate on this platform without the ability to customize auto generated emails when an order is placed. I need to be able to communicate with my customers on where they can upload their photos. Since there is also no photo upload feature I must be able to give them the upload link in a way that is efficient and practical
