Customer Reviews - How to know when you have a pending review

I have just found where my reviews are and that I had 2 pending (some what disappointed compared to number of orders) but does Square not bother telling you anything useful. It would be very helpful if the home page had a section for reviews for example: reviews = 50, Aproved = 45, Pending = 4, Rejected = 1. That way you would see you need to go to that section, instead of the labour intensive Square route of assuming everyone has a member of staff dedicated to each task or page. 

 

Work flow is very poor on Square in general.

Thanks for following up on your earlier post with this feature request. As previously discussed, this board would be the best place to draw the attention of our product teams when it comes to suggestions and potential improvements.

I'm disappointed in the customer reviews feature also. Customers should be able to just log into their account to review items purchased. The review emails end up in junk folder and are missed most of the time. It's not a great system and you don't get the email notifications if someone leaves a review.
