Custom tip to be in full dollars by default

Our customers like to give custom tips and usually want to give like $20 or $25. The way the customer tip screen is setup, if a customer enters 25, it translates to $0.25 instead of $25, as the entered amount starts with digits place and moves up as a user enters amount.

is it possible to have the custom tip screen like a calculator where a user can enter $25.35 if they want to be specific but would accept 25 as $25 instead of $0.25?
