Change low stock notification email timing

I'm not sure where this would best go, seems it seems like a reporting thing, I thought this was the best place.

I'd like to request the ability to change when the low stock email is sent.  Right now it's sent early in the day, I would like the ability to change that to later in the day.  So right now, my process is that at the end of the day, I check the quantities on a few products.  My baker gets an email with those low stock items and plans her day for making the items.  It would be more beneficial for her to receive that email at the end of a day instead of the morning of the next day.  Thanks!
