Booking multiple people at the same time (beauty/salon)

Coming from a nail salon perspective. I’d appreciate if clients could find and book appointments for multiple people at the same time. We often have clients that want to come in with a friend or partner for different services and at the same time but aren’t able to find availability with square’s online booking.

This would greatly improve client-business communication and increase traffic with clients looking to bring in a friend (who could potentially become clients in the future).

I’d imagine this feature would provide the option to add people to their booking and the square system would acknowledge that the appointment being requested is for 2 or more people and find times in our schedule where the same number of techs are available at the same time.

Just a note, I’ve seen this request before and it was marked delivered with the Class booking feature but I don’t think this applies for salons. We aren’t offering classes and aren’t opening classes for people to attend just hoping clients can find time to come in as a group.

@mitin sadly we haven’t been able to find a workaround with square. We’re currently looking for a different booking program.

@essentialnails As a nail salon owner, I've found Square's platform increasingly frustrating. The lack of basic features and essential functionality is a constant hurdle, and their support often redirects critical needs to a 'feature request' queue, which doesn't solve immediate operational issues. A major pain point for us is the inability to easily edit staff assignments on completed sales. This means that if a staff member makes an error, we're forced to manually adjust commission calculations, consuming valuable time. I've ultimately decided to move away from @Square  and am actively searching for a more robust replacement, accepting the upfront financial hit on hardware for what I believe will be significant long-term benefits in efficiency and accurate reporting. I would love to know your recommendations for a different program, I would appreciate it if you would send me message

We have clients wanting to book multiple appointments at the same time as well. Having an easy way to do so in Square would greatly improve the process.

Thank you @essentialnails @TCSlaguna Square just doesn't seem to care or even do anything about these issues the merchants/customers are having. 

I will look into Fresha and see if its a better fit, but if you guys recommend any, please let me know

I definitely need this option as a hair salon owner/hairstylist. I need Square to catch up because my clients book online only, and I’m leaving money on the table because clients can’t book
