Hello! An observation about creating a tier in the loyalty program. I did this yesterday and was surprised to find that a text message went out to my subscribers today alerting them of the change. Although I spoke to a Loyalty specialist on the phone, I was surprised that there was nothing to be done to change this option or track the text messages. In the help guide to creating tiers and when creating tiers in the dashboard, there was no mention of this automatic text message. I think it would be helpful to know that our customers will be alerted to changes when they are made by even having that be listed next to the submit/save button.
