Some of my clients try to respond to the text rather than click the link. They text the word "yes" or something similar, and the AI gives them a response like, "Do you want to cancel your appointment?" to which they respond, "no." If clients can text the AI scheduler, they should be able to text a confirmation without having to click the link. Both my veterinarian and dentist work this way. I respond with a word or letter in text and my appointment is confirmed.
My request is for the ability of clients to respond to the confirmation text with a "yes" and only click on the link if they need to request a change.
