Alert for late clock-ins

As a manager, I need to know if my staff is running late or potentially a no-show in order to make sure we have the staff we need to run our business (and to be able to make last minute adjustments in the case of tardiness / no shows).

The Square Staff alert settings page shows a slew of alert options, but these alerts only seem to be able to send alerts to the Workday view or the employee themselves (not anyone else, like a manager). 

The "Alerts" shown in the Workday view can hardly be called true "alerts", as no active notifications are ever given - you would only know if you are checking the Workday page.

This is a huge shortcoming and as a result I plan on migrating off of Square Staff (as well as Square Payroll, since it doesn't make sense to Payroll but not Staff) to a third party platform.

It's a shame as all you really need is the ability to send an automatic email when someone doesn't clock in for a scheduled shift after X minutes.
