Add "Coupon Code" to KIOSK

To enhance our marketing promotions, we offer coupon codes as part of our loyalty program. However, there is currently no option to enter these codes at the Kiosk, which compels users to leave the Kiosk and join the queue to place their orders through a representative at the POS system.

Could you please address this issue by integrating a coupon code entry feature into the Kiosk system? This change would streamline the ordering process for our customers.

I will say that if I was inclined to use Square Kiosk (which currently I am not but who knows?) this would be one of those missing deal-breaker features.  I would upvote this 1000 times if I could!

Thank you, @TheRealChipA, for chipping in on this as well! I would have to agree that this seems like a great addition to the Square Kiosk.

If you know any other Sellers who would be interested in seeing this function added to Kiosks, feel free to let them know they can comment on these posts as well. The more eyes and traffic on a particular idea in Ideate, can increase chances of that idea being integrated.

This is the stupidest thing that I have ever read. Square, why have promo codes at all if your kiosk is such an outdated badly designed piece of garbage that it can't accept a promo code. Why create the functionality in the POS if the customers can't use it?

It is the only reason we have not signed up for Square Marketing.  What's the point of offering promotions to potential & existing customers if they have to wait in line for someone at a POS to use their discount?  Worse yet is to have someone go to a KIOSK and place an order, only to get such in the process when there is nowhere to enter their discount.  So abandon the KIOSK and get in line.  Horrible.

Please add this. We were hoping to use coupon codes heavily for internal operations as well as for our members and customers. This is a big hurdle in our workflow efficiency.

We definitely would love this option. Employee and Family discounts would be a huge reason and we primarily use the kiosk.

Yes, agreed that kiosk should allow customers to enter their coupons! We are straying entirely from having a register and relying only on kiosk & online sales.

I made a promotion where I sent a text promotion to use a code and I had realized that the KIOSK didn’t allow them to enter the discount code!! I had to tell the customers to order through cashier instead which defeats even having the KIOSK. This is the biggest reason why I haven’t been wanting to do anymore promotions.
