Add a training or test mode

Please add a training mode so that employees can walk through the entire payment process while in training.

@sayra Any update on a training mode happening? I pay a decent monthly subscription and this should have been added a long time ago. What's the hold up? Other systems that aren't as "modern" as Square offer this. Thanks!

This is absurd - I had to MANUALLY REFUND HUNDREDS of orders that were erroneously migrated to cash sales by Lit Extension.  IT HAS TAKEN ME OVER 20 HOURS and IM STILL NOT DONE> YES IM YELLING - into the void but it makes me feel better.  If I hadn't left my other web host already before I caught this I would have never come over to Square.  @square Why don't you ever take our advice?
