ALLOW DUAL PAYMENTS WHEN BALANCE FOR GIFT CARDS DOES NOT COVER THE TOTAL FOR SERVICES

PLEASE FIX THE FUNCTION FOR WHEN GIFT CARD BALANCES ARE BELOW THE TOTAL FOR SERVICES. THEY WORK FOR ITEMS. LET THE DIFFERENCE BE PAID WITH ANOTHER CARD. ITS BEEN ALMOST TWO YEARS AND NO HELP. I CALL AND THEY SAY SUBMIT HERE. I SUBMIT HERE AND THEY SAY CALL. ITS AWFUL.

 

I have a $30 gift card, balance is $31.80 and my customers cant use it.

This issue has been a thorn in our side since we opened a few years ago.  We've also considered switching booking apps if this isn't resolved - I just don't understand how this is still an issue for us and so many other businesses using your service.  It should be an easy fix for a company like Square.  @Sammie_C @JJ_

I was trying to follow along here - is this issue for online bookings or in-store? I see the example you provided for products was obviously online, but wasn't sure if the issue is specific to online booking.

We have the same issue. It’s terrible for our customers and seems like such an easy fix.

This does seem very trivial. I hope this gets squares wheels turning. If more Champions chime in, hopefully it will get more attention.

My responses are disappearing but square checks every box for me but this and it’s a big one. Thanks for the support to all the respond.
