Where do I create a passcode for the discount that I toggled require passcode on?

I have found the discounts and I see where I can go to more settings. I toggled require passcode, but what passcode is it? I'm not sure. I want to create a specific discount for one customer, but I cannot figure out how to create a special discount code for them.

@kennascrochets So the passcode is a team management feature.  If you use team management you would select the permission to "Allow restricted discounts" (the name I think) and apply that permission set to the people you want to be able to add the discount.  Otherwise you can set up 1 set of team permissions and only give that out to say "managers" or whoever you would like to be able to do it. But the one passcode is either for all discounts or each person will have permission.  You also get to track it this way.
