Searching by loyalty telephone numbers and pulling additional customers

I've emailed Square loyalty support over a week ago and I've received a solution so I'm hopping to get an answer from the community. I have a loyalty customer and when I search by her telephone number (in the dashboard directory and app) her customer profile pulls up as well as another customer that doesn't have any related information. The telephone numbers are completely different and not at all similar. I've emailed Square support with screenshots showing the issue, but they tell me to go in and update the loyalty number. Has anyone else seen this?
