Text Marketing

I have 24 people subscribed to text marketing. They texted JOIN to the phone number Square gave me. I created a custom group for those people. I went to send a text campaign and there are 0 people in that group to send. 

I double checked, they are all opted in to texts in the last 24 hours. What is going on here? Why aren't there 24 people on this list?
