Email campaigns not sending

Email campaigns not sending, down twice in one week...don't know how Square can justify raising prices. Seems every other day is a new issue preventing me from doing what they advertise I can do....sign me frustrated!

I couldn't agree with you more. Keep raising prices yet the services fail to function properly. So disappointing. Pretty awesome we can't send email campaigns on Black Friday.

Hello there @StuartC and @chulaseafood. Our team is aware of this situation and is working on a resolution that seems to be only affecting some but not all Square Sellers. When you have a moment please give our support team a call to make sure that your accounts are added to the group of affected Sellers.

Tried calling support this morning and was told marketing team is off for the weekend and would  call me on Monday. Not a good response for the biggest weekend of the season
