Staff can't see clients' previous appointments or appointment history. I changed the staff's account permission to the manager level, but it doesn't work. I can see all clients' appointment history. Could you let me know why, and can I change it?

Hi @99beauty , thank you for reaching out! To clarify, is the screenshot what you see as the owner or as a staff?
I also tried to log in as some of the staff listed in your screenshot, but I was still able to see the correct client history. Would you mind sharing a video of the issue while logged in as the staff?
