Can You Rename the Base Loyalty Tier?

I want to rename the "base" loyalty tier. Is there a way to do that?

@lmar10  Unfortunately you can’t rename the base tier, the good thing is you can rename all the tiers after the base tier. What you could do is start with the second tier, name it what you want, then set the minimum points to 1. When your customer gets over 1 point they are automatically moved to the second tier, that you can rename.

Hi @lmar10, welcome to the Square Community!

As @rtfulk mentioned, there is not a way to edit the base tier name, but you can rename the other tiers.

To do so, feel free to follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Customers > Loyalty.

2. Select Tiers > Edit.

3. On the Edit tiers page, select the tier you want to update, make any necessary changes, and click Save.
