I have been alerted by a customer that they can no longer redeem rewards points on a transaction that has an automatic discount applied. Also some items have sale pricing applied as well. For example, the customer adds for different items to their cart, 3 have sale pricing, but also when they reach a specific $ amount of these items, an automatic 20% discount applies. This all works as expected. The issue is that this customer has earned 2022 points in my Loyalty program. At 1000 points they are entitles to $75 off their sale, so if they apply this twice they will get $150 off. When they add the first $75 off, the 20% discount is removed. Why is this? I cant find a setting for this.
