How do we reorder our custom branded plastic gift cards without having a confirmation number or access to it in Square?
We have used Square gift cards since 2022 and have reordered multiple times. I am having a hard time reordering right now and unfortunately, we do not have our previous order number written down or stored anywhere in our emails/documentation. I also cannot find any of my previous gift card orders in our Square dashboard on the computer.
Love we can track individual outstanding plastic gift cards, really frustrated I cannot even see my own order history. We pay higher pricing all around for Square, usually without problem as we appreciate the ease of reordering and ordering compatible equipment. But these new updates have us pretty frustrated and feeling like we have to start over and that will cause more problems.
