Is there a way I can send customers who purchase directly from me or at a craft fair/vendor event a link so they can review their purchase? Right now, the bulk of my sales are from these types of scenarios and it would be so helpful if they could review my products on my Square retail site. 

If this is not available, please send the idea to the product development team! Reviews are so important. It would be most appreciated if I could send a review link/QR code to customers who purchase outside of Square so they can still review the products they've purchased.

While we don't have a way to automatically populate customer reviews to your Square Online Store, there are a few existing features you could utilize to display customer feedback on your site:

If you haven't already, you can collect customer feedback via digital copies of your receipts that your customers receive by text or email. You can read more about this feature here in our Support Center. Additionally, you can also set up Google reviews for your business.

If you choose to use these methods, or if you have other existing methods for collecting feedback and reviews, you can add in a customer testimonials section to your Square Online Store to share this with your other customers. Here's a preview:

Thank you, Violet! I was unaware of the customer testimonials section, so I will add that. I would still like the option for individual product reviews for customers who are paying cash outside of Square. I'll share that to the Ideate Board.
