Multiple Loyalty Rewards

I was wondering if anyone has had any workaround in order for customers to redeem multiple rewards when shopping online. As of right now, our reward system is for every ten dollars spent, the receive a dollar in rewards that can be saved or used whenever they choose. Our loyalty customers have anywhere between five and a hundred dollars they can be putting towards their purchases, but they still can't use more than one dollar when shopping online. I was not aware of this when we first signed up and I am at a loss at what I could do. Because we sell items where we do not always get multiples, some customers want to purchase online so they don't lose the item, but it defeats the purpose of the loyalty program if they can't use the rewards when they want.  Thank you for any ideas you may have!

I want to make sure I understand your question well.

 

  1. Could you provide more details about the issue with using only one dollar for online shopping?
  2. Are you having problems with customers redeeming multiple reward points, asking about redeeming different rewards, or inquiring if sellers can redeem more than once?

For example. A customer spends $50. They then recieve $5 in rewards given in $1 increments. When they try to make a purchase online and they go to redeem their rewards, it shows they have $5 available in rewards, but they are only able to redeem $1. I want them to be able to redeem whatever amount they choose up to their $5 reward.

@2ndCity Thank you for the example. I've gone ahead and escalated this to our Loyalty team so I can provide you with the most accurate information.

 

They are available Monday through Friday, 6 am to 6 pm PST. Once I have more information, I'll reply here.

@2ndCity, hmm, that does sound a bit off. If a customer has more than one reward available, they should be able to use them.

 

Are multiple customers experiencing this issue, and would you happen to have a screenshot so I can take a look?

In this screenshot, there is $8 available, but they can only redeem $1. I want them to be able to redeem any amount up to the full $8
