Marketing Fees

I was charged $20 for sending less than 25 marketing emails. It doesn't match up to the fees for up to 250 emails.

Welcome back to the Community, thank you for reaching out about the inconsistency you're seeing with your marketing subscription. 

I would recommend checking what your Dashboard says under your subscriptions to make sure it is still showing incorrectly. You can get to this through Dashboard > Account & Settings > Business > Pricing & Subscription.

If it's not matching what you signed up for, it would benefit to reach out to our Marketing Team directly. They can look into the subscription and where it's going wrong: 1-855-700-6000.
