I was charged $20 for sending less than 25 marketing emails. It doesn't match up to the fees for up to 250 emails.

I would recommend checking what your Dashboard says under your subscriptions to make sure it is still showing incorrectly. You can get to this through Dashboard > Account & Settings > Business > Pricing & Subscription.
