Hello @lulietbakery and thanks for your post. Glad to see you taking advantage of Square Marketing, and the automations; they make it super easy to stay in contact with your customers! One of the automated marketing emails has to do with welcoming new customers...have you set up that one? I know this is only one email, and you may be looking for an entire series of emails that are sent at specific times in your customer's onboarding process. I do not think Square Marketing offers that beyond the first Welcome email.
One option is to create GROUPS of your customers. You'd have to do this manually and keep track of new customers, but if you get into a routine it isn't too difficult. For example, setup your Welcome email, then your new customers would get that one right away. Then just keep a listing of your new customers for that month, and go into your marketing email campaign and create a new group for "January New customers" or something like that. Then when you send out your next #2 campaign, you'd send to the January New" group. And then when you get to the next month, you could send out #3 campaign and send to the "January New" group again.
It is a bit of manual tracking, but just keep a notebook or spreadsheet so you can create a flowchart of what emails you're sending to these groups. I hope this makes sense and isn't too confusing. Maybe another seller will have another option to help streamline your marketing communications.
