Hi @MarkDCY. Unfortunately, there is not an upload/programming option at this time. You have to manually select each item from the drop down list that you want to include.
All I can suggest (and this is not a short-term solution) is that you submit a feature request to the Loyalty Team here. I can see two possible recommendations that would work for you. Feel free to submit either, or both for them to think about.
- Give us import/export items button when defining our Loyalty Programs.
- Optionally, give us the ability in our Item Catalogs to specify items and/or variations that are always excluded from Loyalty.
The team will review your request and make a decision. If you’ll let me know when you’ve submitted the request, I’ll look at it and most likely upvote it. It sounds like a great addition.
