I would love to have a feature where I can generate unique barcodes for our email marketing campaign

So my business, Beech Kombucha, is very interested in generating unique barcodes for coupons that we send through our email marketing campaigns. We purchased the barcode scanner from Square, so we're ready to start scanning unique coupons from each customer that walks into our business, but we don't have the barcode generator feature in our email campaign marketing yet. Could you please add the barcode generator feature to our creative tools in the email campaign builder for email promotions?

Hello @beechbucha thanks for your post. There is not currently the ability to scan barcodes for discount/coupons, however when you send an offer through Square Marketing, each subscriber receives a unique code just for them. So when you redeem the coupon through your Square POS, you would have to type the code. I know this isn't ideal because a barcode scan would be more automated and easy to process, but at least you can track the success of your marketing and see who is redeeming the coupons.

You can submit a feature request for the barcode scan of coupons on the Ideate board. I know this has been talked about in previous posts from other sellers.
