To remove inactive emails from your Square marketing list, you would need to manually identify and delete them from your customer list in the Square Dashboard under the Customers section. Square's marketing tools do not have a feature to automatically filter and remove subscribers based on engagement like opens or clicks, so you will need to perform this action manually or use a third-party service to analyze your list and provide a cleaned file to upload. However, we appreciate you flagging this, and we recommend you post it to our Square feature request board so other Sellers can vote for this.
