Has anyone read the updated terms from Square? Specifically the written receipt rule #31.

We're trying to decipher rule #31 and what exactly we'll need to offer. Will customers need to sign the screen or a "written receipt" as stated in the rule? Thanks for any insight!

I'm interpreting this as

• a receipt  would need to be offered for charges greater than 15$. 
• A signature is required for amounts over $25 when the customer is present. (Screen or printed version should be fine) 
• When offering the customers a receipt they can accept or receive it.
