I have a really weird customer profile issue that I cannot figure out how to rectify. I am a coffee shop running Square Plus for Restaurants. I have a customer who comes in and gets the same thing everyday, but somewhere along the line, his payment method got associated with another customers profile who we do a lot of B2B work with and so now my metrics are all off when looking into CLTV and other customer specific metrics.
It seems somewhere in the backend of Square, Customer A’s payment method has been associated Customer B’s customer profile and there is no way to remove or otherwise reassign those purchases to the customer.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
