Free reader isn’t really free??

The website says we can

get a free reader,

however it is charging me $10.00. I don’t know why and I’m trying to reach someone who can help me with this.

@KatieBIS Log into your online dashboard and go and add the reader into your cart and it should automatically take it off.

Tried adding the reader but first reader $10 was not removed And took me to payment credit card page and forced me to pay. Repeated the steps many times using different methods, looking up support, talking to Chatbot all yielded no result. A waste of time

Yep. Waste of time. It's not free, and all the "help" you get directs you to support pages that don't give any specific answers about it. You'll waste more than $10 of your personal time to get to the bottom of this cheapskate lie, so don't bother like I did.
