Currently, Square Feedback uses standardized options (Quality, Customer Service, Environment, etc.) that appear when customers click the happy or sad face on digital receipts. While these preset categories work for many businesses, I understand they might not perfectly align with the specific feedback you'd like to collect from your customers.
Although the ability to customize these isn't available at the moment, we'd love it if you'd submit this as a Feature Request. Our Product Team actively monitors this board to understand what features would be most valuable to our Sellers.
When submitting your request:
- Be specific about what customization options you'd like to see
- Explain how this would benefit your particular business
- Share examples of the feedback categories that would be more relevant for you
By sharing your suggestion on the Feature Requests Board, you'll also empower other Sellers to support it with their votes and comments, highlighting the demand for this type of functionality to our Product team.
