Can Square reviews be published to our Google profile?

Hi, we are a museum store. We receive very positive reviews from store customers and would love to have these published on our Google listing for the museum.

I found that we can integrate with Google reviews under the "marketing" option, but I can't figure out if this means that Square reviews could get published to Google?

We don't have an online store, so we are not looking for Google reviews about the Museum to end up on an online website.

That is a great question, and we are here to provide some clarity! Square cannot publish or transfer Square-generated reviews to Google. Google only accepts reviews written directly on your Google Business Profile. Reviews left inside Square (in-store feedback, receipt feedback, etc.) stay within Square and cannot be exported or posted to Google. So to clarify, Google reviews are with Google directly, and Square Reviews are with Square Reviews directly. Please let me know if you have any other questions about this!

Can we request this as an enhancement. We own a retail store only and we receive so many positive reviews from customers when they respond to their square retail receipt, but no one else can see it. Is there an option to change the receipt to direct customers to google review instead?
