Our email footers for marketing include appropriate links to cancel subscriptions and a link to the privacy policy, but they are in Spanish. In addition, in the header, there's a note in the header which tells anyone with questions to reply to the email -- also in Spanish.
The accounts Language Settings are set to US English, and I don't see a language change opetion in the email. I'd like to be able to change the language to US English since most of our clientele speaks US English.

Thanks for holding @billcoop4 in your account & settings > personal info > preferences, the language is set to English. As well in your location?
