I'm helping someone redesign their site. Noticed that when I log into an my account on the website as if I was going to place an order any past orders (which I have placed) do not appear. However, if I do log in via my iPhone, the data is there.
Is there anywhere or anything that can be done to sync them? Also, the website customer account page (desktop view) is very wide screen. Trying to figure out how to make those necessary adjustments so it looks the same and the account data (past transactions, etc.) are available on both desktop and mobile view.

That's really strange!
Have you by any chance tried a different browser?
It sounds like this could be a cache issue. One way to test if this is the problem is by opening an Incognito window and logging in to your account from there. If past orders appear while in Incognito, then your cache is causing issues while loading the site on a regular window.
If it is a cache issue, simply clear the browser's cache and try again.

Thank you so much for your reply. I did try your theory, but it still isn't working correct. The page doesn't load very well (account information page is increased by like 400% in size) and the account information is not synced. Show no past orders but it does show the contact information. I tried it in several browsers and still get the same information. However, if I log in on my phone (either with Google or Safari), the information and past orders are there.
I've tested multiple themes and still get the same results. Any information or other options would be greatly appreciated.
