Hey all - I just went through the process to set up the contact collection QR code. We are hoping to incentivize new loyalty customers to sign up (via the QR code) at an in person event. We wanted folks to feel excited about signing up so we are offering a coupon at sign up-through the form.
Upon completion of the contact form, it reads "check your inbox for a coupon" however, I'm noticing, after testing it several times with several different email addresses, that a coupon is never sent!
What am I missing here?
Hi @BFC1 a couple things could be going wrong here. Did you set up a coupon to be sent in the confirmation email? Is it possibly going to spam? (This can happen if your domain has been flagged in the past, even before using Square). A screenshot of the campaign settings might help me to help you troubleshoot!
What @Callee1945 suggests, looking at your campaign settings would be helpful, but check spam, I did test it, it takes couple of minutes, but the email should come from [email protected]
