I’m looking for some assistance with Square’s marketing tools. Specifically, I need help locating the email editor within the platform. I want to customize my email campaigns and access personalization features, but I’m having trouble finding the right section.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance or step-by-step instructions on how to access the email editor.

I have experience creating email campaigns, but I’m looking for a feature that enables customized email campaigns with personalized subject lines and content. For instance, I would love to have the subject line read: "Smooth Skin Starts Here, {first name, e.g., MaxPete}," and have the email body begin with "Dear {first name, e.g., MaxPete}." This capability would greatly enhance customer engagement by making the emails feel more personal and relevant to each recipient.

Is there currently such a feature available? I’ve noticed that other platforms offer this functionality, and I hope Square will also consider implementing it.
