So, as far as discounts go, there only way to have them apply online is to use automatic discounts. There, you can toggle on the setting “Square Online sites” and then the discount will automatically apply to all customers ordering line.
If you don’t want it to apply to all customers, then you will have to create coupon codes and give those to the desired customers for them to use.
