Can we customize emails?

I can looking to add some personalization to our emails and would like to know how we can insert replacement tokens that correspond to the customer fields.

IE. Good afternoon @customer.FirstName @customer.LastName,

We'd like @customer.Company to join us for...

Is this functionality available and if not can it be added?

That is a great question! Unfortunately, at this time, we don't have a feature like that for standard emails. However, feedback like this is very helpful when planning for future releases. I hope you'll take a moment to visit our Ideate board and share your idea so other users can vote on it.
