To bad once users unsubscribe for text or email marketing campaigns they are placed in a group that will never be able to be put back on. Unfortunately i unsubscribed from our own marketing so just to receive them i have to make a new email address. I have been back and forth with customer service emails and phone calls and they couldnt fix it. Just want to warn others.
This seems strange to me @FFH251 . Did you try to resubscribe through your personal Square portal?
