Appointments Point of Sale no longer showing "See Rewards" option for Loyalty

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Point of sale not showing see rewards option"

 

We have square register at our salon and from last week when customers checkout they not showing option “ show rewards “ 

we have loyalty program so now customers can’t see rewards while check out 

I called square but horrible experience with them 

no body give solution just transfer phone to other 

if any one knows please give solution or proper number or email so can contact square 

thank you

I'm sorry to hear that you are having a bad experience.  I'll try to help you best I can.   I also use loyalty at my location, so let's check.

 

On the Register, under MORE>SETTINGS>LOYALTY, do you have these flags enabled;

  • Enable Loyalty On This Device
  • Show Rewards Redemption Screen

Both of these should be set to "on".
