Why wont it let me enter a canadian adress

Square asked me what country I was in I said canada, however when trying to confirm my identity it won't let me type in a Canadian address

Hey @Kaity I am sorry you are having difficulties entering your address. 

Are you located outside of Canada when you tried this? Based on your IP address it could recognize that which is why it won't let you. Do you have a screenshot of what you are seeing?
