I joined Square Community because I am really interested in learning how other businesses use Square. My name is Terry and as of this post my store, De Mi a Ti (pronounced "day me ah tee" and is Spanish for "From Me to You") has been open for 2 weeks! We are a carefully curated home decor, art, and gift store located in Placitas, New Mexico.

Previously, I managed a hospital gift shop during my 38-year career for a major medical center in SE Minnesota and it was my favorite job (the pay was not so good). I then became a business analyst, project manager, and user experience designer during that 38-year career. Aside from using Square for my store, I'm hoping to help provide input to help make Square even more user friendly (already creating a list). 😉

My online presence is still under construction, but we are also on Facebook, Instagram, and NextDoor.

I feel like it's taking forever to set up the square system so I can start selling. Having a Square site is pretty cool though. I really didn't want to have to buy and create another website on WIX, so this was so much easier. Well, that's all for now I guess. Have a good night.

So happy to see you've connected with @Minion , one of our most helpful sellers in the Community (who we call our Champions). I don't mean to interrupt your back and forth, but wanted to say hello and after seeing your issue I think this Help article might be what you're experiencing. There is a section on connecting UPS via Shippo or just directly with UPS. Hope this solves your issue and WELCOME again!

Good morning everyone, my name is Tom and I'm a seasoned developer.  I've recently created, launched and am actively maintaining a responsive MVC web site I built to sell my programming services and also to sell a video player I created.  I've integrated with the Square API for payment processing.  Everything is 100% custom including the web site, database, UI, web services, and API integrations.
