Iv'e had (still have) an Etsy, eBay and Faire Wholesale for a few years and decided this could be a great change and hope in the future to close those. My nam is John and I have recently created an app to help track, monitor, and document traffic stops, road incidents, and fleet maangement in real-time. The app is called TSSA and is designed to be a companion on your phone or mobile device wherever you go. I am located in Texas and look forward to helping people stay safe, document and submit claims accurately, and manage their businesses better on a daily basis.

Good morning,

I’m new to the Square Community. I founded and operate a Richmond, VA based 501c3, tax-exempt nonprofit organization called The Inspired Village Urban Revitalization Movement, Inc. I currently wear all the hats in my organization, so I joined this community with hopes of understanding all of the benefits of Square- and how to most efficiently set up my online store.

I currently have ebooks and audiobooks ready for distribution, but setting up the store and options come along with tedious steps that fry my brain. 🧠 💨… I know there has to be an easier way. I also intend to add print-on-demand merchandise and physical books to my offerings. The thought of doing all that sends me down a panicked ADHD tunnel like no other. 

I’ll get there eventually, but for now, I feel stuck.

Hi, I'm Evette with Jacksonville Cakes and More. A few years ago, I rebranded from Jacksonville Cake Decorating Supplies via advice from a marketing agent that was working with me. After rebranding my retail side of the business start decreasing. Not sure if it was the rebranding or the economy. I have a brick-and-mortar shop for 11 yrs and sell a variety of cake supplies and teach Sugar art. My class are fun and skillful, for beginners and experts. I teach how to decorate cakes, cookies, cupcakes and how to use all sort of modern techniques in the world of sugar.

Since January 2025 my retail sells have decline drastically, so bad I had to start deceasing in inventory. I'm trying to dedicate more time to teaching classes to see if that helps the business. I was wondering if anyone can share some of their expertise on how I can get my sells to increase.

I'm with Texas Temp Masters, a family-run HVAC and home-appliance repair company based in Central
Texas. We've been at it for about 10 years now, serving the Waco and McLennan County area along with
Johnson, Bell, Hill, Bosque, and Coryell counties. Day to day, that means AC repair and
installation, heating and furnace repair, seasonal HVAC maintenance and tune-ups, plus appliance
repair and installation — basically the stuff that keeps Texas homes comfortable through 100-degree
summers and the occasional ice storm.

A few things we're proud of: we're EPA 608 certified, TDLR licensed, fully insured, BBB accredited,

We've been running our business on Square, so I wanted to introduce ourselves here and learn from
folks doing the same. When I'm not chasing down a noisy condenser, I'm usually out fishing or firing

Hi everyone! Glad to finally jump into the community and say hello.

I help run Oxbow Home Solutions, a small real estate business in Grapevine, Texas, just outside the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. We work with homeowners across Texas who need to sell a house quickly and simply, often in tough spots like a foreclosure, an inherited property they can't keep up, or a home that needs more repairs than they can take on. It's people-first work, so most days are spent talking with families and walking properties rather than behind a desk.

We run the whole business on Square, so honestly I mostly wanted to introduce myself and learn from other owners here, especially how folks lean on Square's tools to stay organized on the admin side. The less time I spend on paperwork, the more I get to spend with the people we're actually helping.

A little about me outside of work: I'm a Texas guy through and through, usually out on Grapevine Lake or running the smoker for a long weekend brisket cook.
