Hi I am just in the process of setting up my website 

can I link Royal Mail postage or Hermes to my website?

Hi @Toriec, thank you for your post! At the moment, we don't have an integration with RoyalMail but we do have an integration with Shippo which allow you to connect to Hermes. You can find out more about this here.

however, the shipping I added in and the app fir shipping you mentioned are not appearing on my live website so people won’t pay fir shipping

Thanks for bearing with me while I look into this for you Victoria @Toriec! 

The shipping is all set - once I entered my shipping information, I was able to see the shipping cost as below.

With regards to connecting PayPayl, you'll need to:

1. Go to your Square Online Overview page > Settings > Checkout.
2. Under your preferred payment processor, select Connect.
3. Follow the prompts you see to finish setup.
4. If you don’t see the changes reflected on your live site, republish your site from the site editor and refresh your live site.

thanks but it’s nit showing all the delivery options I added in and won’t let me type 1st or second class on it

hiw do I add Hermes delivery options on?

That's quite strange - is there a specific error message that you can see when trying to edit the name of the shipping rule?

To get started with connecting Square to Hermes, you'd need to have a Shippo account and connect from there.

yes I don’t understand why the different price options are not appearing though ie first and second class

the only figure that will show is the default amount

i am ready to go live now and start business but need to sort this first

any ideas?
